The TZZRJ Series Vacuum mixing emulsifier has done the improvement bases on the technology which imported from German. TZZRJ Series Vacuum Mixing Emulsifier Summarize: The TZZRJ Series Vacuum mixing emulsifier has done the improvement bases on the technology which imported from German and it is espically useful in cosmetic and ointment product Industry.This equipment is mainly consist of emulsified tank , oil tank ,water tank, vacuum system, hydraulic system, and electric controller. This equipment has following features:easy operation, compact structure, stable performance, good homogenization effect, high production benefit, convenient cleaning and maintenance , high automatic control . Feature: 1. The material of contacted part is SUS316L stainless steel, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror polish and get to GMP standard.2. All pipelines and parameter are controlled automaticlly. And the electric appliance which are imported from foreign country ,like Siemens,Schneider and so on.3. Emulsifying tank is with CIP cleaning system,it make the cleaning to be easy and effective.4.Emulsifying tank adopts tertiary agitating system, and during the emulsification ,the whole processing is under a vacuum condition.It is not only can eliminate spume which generated in the emulsification processing ,but also can avoid the unnecessary pollution.5. The homogenizer adopts the most advanced technology,it can get a ideal emulsifying effect.The speed of high emulsification is 0-3500r/min, and the speed of low mixing is 0-65r/min. Safeguard: 1. When emulsifying tank discharges the material, the elevating gear cannot work in order to avoid the bump between the stirring device and the emulsifying tank.2. The emulsifying tank could not overture when the cover hasn’t risen to the peak  in order to avoid the bump between the stirring device and the emulsifying tank.3. The body and the upper cover of the emulsifying tank should be with security lock catch when the material is discharging under positive pressure.At meantime the elevating gear could not work .4. When the vacuum system is startup, there will be negative pressure in the emulsifying tank, so the elevating gear could not work.5. when the upper cover of the emulsfiying tank has risen, the stirring device could not work in order to injure the operator. Our company equipment improvement and innovation:  1.      The control panel adopts seamless rolling technology and without any slit , it is easy to clean.2.      The low speed agitator uses the helical gear and with the unique design and the high accuracy processing, it can withstand torque and prolong the using life. When get to the highest speed ,the noise is only 20 decibels.3.      Use a new type mixing axes,it is easy to disassemble.When replace the damaged part just need to remove the screw.The sealing material is PTFE and it gets the international pharmaceutical and foodstuff standard.4.      The high speed emulsification device adopts the method of adjustment balance calibration of mobile and stable in order to ensure its remarkable emulsified effect and prolong the using life.5.      Because the fluidity and the thermal conductivity of paste are different from liquid, our company adopts a unique temperature transmitter. During the material processing , it can transmit the material temperature to temperature controller device rapidly and completely and the temperature error is±1°C.6.      It adopts energy conservation pipeline when machine heated by electric ,so it can prevent thermal from divulging and heat quickly.This equipment is with pressure safety device, when overpressure it can mediate the pressure automatically.All the jackets are equipped with glass sight so that is easy for observing the liquid position. Tertiary Agitating System  The low speed agitating device is composed by the middle oar type agitator and the outside frame type agitator. The periphery of frame-type agitator is with the scraper, it can scrape off the material which cohere on the inside wall of the vessel.The high speed emulsifying device is consist of impeller and stator.In the high speed revolving processing, the material indraft from upper and lower of the impeller, then ejects from the slit of the impeller and the stator. During the indrafting and ejecting processing ,the material after complex physics reaction such as intense extrusion, mixinng and injecting , so the material gets a full emulsification. Triplicate agitating system are composed by the low speed agitating device and the high speed emulsifying device, it can enable the material which viscosity is 5000cp mixing, homogenizing,emulsifying sufficiently in a short time.
